Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your Livolo purchase for any reason,
you are welcome to return it for a full refund. We take pride in the Quality of the products.
We sell and offering great customer sevice is our top priority.
You can easily and quickly exchange or return. No problem!
We want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

How do I return my order?
To return your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Send a email with your order number to Support@Livolo.eu ore use the contact forum.
  2. We will contact you shortly aterwards to confirm your return request and provide you the necessary instructions if required.
  3. Add a copy of your original invoice to the return, and mark your return products in order to help us identify your items.

We will also notify you by email anytime your orde status changes.

Return instructions

Please note that the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so please 
​remember to ask for proof of postage and a tracking number.

Requirements
All we ask is 3 simple things:

  1. Keep the products unused.
  2. Keep the products clean and scratch-less.
  3. Send it bakc with original boxes.

 

- Only products purchased on Livolo.eu | Livolo.nl | Livolo.de | Livolo.be may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- You have 14 day cooling off period after receive the products to return the products for any reasen.
- Please write the address clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choise.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.
- The cost of return shipments are always for the customer.
- We can not accept partial return or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
- We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return in its original condition.
- Please note that the shipping cost and payment handling fee are not refundable and will be deducted from the total.

All merchandise will be tested carefully by our technicians and if it appears that the items have been
used or installed or assembled, we cannot comlete the refund for those items.

 

Refunds
It can take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to get processed.
Once it's processed we'll issue your refund within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and drop you an email    once this has been done.


You received the refund payment always in the same way as we have received from you.
